In September of 2018, Ashland was proud to work with the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) to provide Ashland's Elevator Emergency Education (EEE) Course to first responders to the U.S. Embassy in Rome, Italy.
Ashland wishes to extend a warm “thanks” to OBO and the staff at the Embassy. Martin Munroe and Chris Fitts, Ashland’s lead instructors for the project, found all incredibly welcoming, helpful, and enthusiastic about elevator safety and discourse with elevator mechanics. We were, as earlier, in Cairo, humbled by the hospitality and collegiality.
